At Strong In Menopause we know you want to thrive in perimenopause and post-menopause. In order to do that, you need to manage your menopause symptoms, move your body in a way that works for you, and eat food that truly nourishes. The problem is rapidly changing hormones, frustrating symptoms, and a lack of information makes you feel like thriving is impossible. We believe that having a person in your corner who truly understands you and can develop a plan just for you can be life changing. We understand how hard perimenopause can be, mentally and physically, which is why we offer personalized fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching from certified personal trainers, nutrition coaches, and menopause coaches.
