Personalized, one-on-one COACHING

Work one-on-one with me to set goals for your menopause transition. You will receive regularly updated fitness and nutrition plans tailored to your unique habits, goals, and lifestyle. You will have consistent 30-minute goal review meetings to discuss what is working and what isn’t working. We’ll make changes quickly so you make progress quickly. What to expect from private coaching:

Coaching will be personalized: Our sessions will be 100% tailored to YOU. We will talk about your goals, lifestyle, and concerns. Initial calls will be for goal setting and action planing. In our progress meetings, we will talk through what is working or not working, and make changes as necessary.

Coaching will be holistic: We will talk often about your full menopause experience. You will follow a weekly workout and nutrition plan, but I know those aren’t the only things impacting your experience. We will focus on all of your symptoms and will incorporate strategies to address those symptoms in your action plan.

Coaching will be strategic: You will receive a progressive fitness program and a nutrition program that fits with your lifestyle. Your action plan will contain a variety of small changes that can make a huge impact on your overall goals. Everything we do together will be in the interest of you making manageable, strategic changes that will help you meet your goals fast.

How it works:

  1. Goal Setting: At the beginning of coaching, we will talk through your priorities, challenges, lifestyle, and habits. I will help you formulate goals based on what is most important to you.

  2. Action Planning, Fitness, and Nutrition Programming: Once we align on goals, I will develop a specific and measurable plan. You will receive regular fitness and/or nutrition programming that is tailored to your unique goals and lifestyle.

  3. Accountability and Reevaluation: We will meet often to discuss goals and progress. I am here to be your cheerleader and your accountability partner. We will reevaluate your plan often to make sure it is working for you. You won’t be stagnant in this program, and you won’t plateau.
