Private COACHING

Work one on one with me to set goals for your menopause transition. You will receive weekly fitness and nutrition plans tailored to your unique habits, goals, and lifestyle. Each week, you will have a 30-minute goal review meeting to discuss what is working and what isn’t working. We’ll make changes quickly so you make progress quickly. What to expect from private coaching:

Private coaching will be personalized: Our sessions will be 100% tailored to YOU. We will talk about your goals, lifestyle, and concerns. Initial calls will be for goal setting and action planing. In our weekly progress meetings, we will talk through what is working or not working, and make changes as necessary.

Private coaching will be holistic: We will talk often about your full menopause experience. You will follow a weekly workout and nutrition plan, but we know those aren’t the only things impacting your experience. We will focus on all of your symptoms and will incorporate strategies to address those symptoms in your action plan.

Private coaching will be strategic: Each week you will receive a progressive fitness program and a nutrition program that fits with your lifestyle. Your action plan will contain a variety of small changes that can make a huge impact on your overall goals. Everything we do together will be in the interest of you making manageable, strategic changes that will help you meet your goals fast.

THE STRONG IN Menopause SYSTEM

FITNESS, NUTRITION, AND LIFESTYLE COACHING FOR WOMEN over 40

At Strong In Menopause, we focus on the whole you. Our coaching is broken down into a specific formula, to set you up for success.

  1. Goal Setting and Alignment: At the beginning of coaching, we will talk through your priorities, challenges, lifestyle, and habits. Then we help you formulate goals based on what is most important to you.

  2. Action Planning: In our action planning process, we will also discuss things beyond fitness and nutrition, such as sleep hygiene, stress management, and symptom (hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings, anxiety) management. Your action plan will include behavior changes and techniques you can implement to progress with your goals and start thriving.

  3. Fitness Programming: Each week you will get a fitness program tailored to you and your goals. Whether you work out in a full gym or in your living room, we’ll build a program that works for you.

  4. Nutrition Plan: We will design a nutrition plan that helps you meet your goals. We have found that a strict meal plan is difficult for busy women to adhere to, so we focus on actionable changes that can have a huge impact, without forcing you to align to a specific food plan.

  5. Accountability: We will be there with you every step of the way. You will have direct access to your coach in weekly check ins, and can reach out via Voxer (voice and text messaging) any time you have questions. We will talk often about your goals, your action plan, and what works and doesn’t work for you. We’ll celebrate your big wins and adjust when something isn’t working for you.

  6. Reevaluation: We will constantly check in on your goals and your progress. If something isn’t working for you, we will change it. If you progress through a milestone quickly, we will reset your goals and action plan to make sure you are constantly moving forward. You won’t be stagnant in this program, and you won’t plateau.
